Dear Loyal Rilling's Customers,

Due to circumstances beyond our control the (FDA mandated removal of all trans fats in solid shortening) by 2018. We have been trying our best to adjust all of our recipes. We are trying all different brands of shortening. Some of our pound cake batches, danish, & other products containing solid shortening have not been up to our usual standards and we apologize for that as we are doing the best job we can with the products we received.
